New blog. About the title- I've been selling my things at the Phoenix Fairy Fest Goblin Market and at First Fridays for a couple years now. I have another blog that I use to talk about my bonsai and related pottery. This blog is where I will address my inner goblin; I will use this blog to document my work in pottery that is not related to bonsai, as well as any other non-bonsai related projects. And yes, being this is my blog, I will also right about any random shit that pops in my head. My current projects- I won't discuss my bonsai projects. I'm currently experimenting with polymer clay, sculpting thin dragon-esque figures with wire armature. I'm also using paper mache for larger projects. Other hobbies- I have 3 aquariums; one planted in low light plants. I keep angelfish. I used to keep and breed old world chameleons, bearded dragons, and leopard geckos. As a result, I'm somewhat of an ameture entymologist. Entymology is the study of insects. I've kept and raised exotic roaches, phasmids, superworms, mealworms, silkworms, and other fascinating creepy crawlies. Personal life- I don't like to talk about my personal life. I'm married, with 5 kids. Spent 9 years in the US Navy, traveled around the world. I've been to 5 of the 7 continents of this good earth. I've broken bread with the Massai warriors under the shadow of Mount Kilimonjairo. I've sailed up the amazon river and broken bread with endigenous people there. And that's all you get.
